He and his wife have been married for fifteen years and have two sons who are products of the Houston County School System. Their youngest son is active in the Houston County High School marching band, while their oldest son is a graduate of the University of West Georgia, married, and expecting his first child.
An avid runner, Jay enjoys connecting with the local running community and participating in area events.
